At Parker89, we invest in and support entrepreneurs reimagining residential and commercial real estate. From tech-enabled brokerages to mortgage software to fractional home ownership, we believe that the future of real estate will be built upon new technologies and business models that make the transfer of property simpler and more seamless.
As the venture capital arm of First American Financial, we’re in a unique position to leverage the balance sheet, network and assets of one of the most influential companies in real estate to accelerate our partners’ growth.
We believe first and foremost in the potential of great founders. Our name is testament: an homage to C.E. Parker, First American’s own founder, who in 1889 dreamed of a more certain and secure transaction.
